Dick Waterhouse - Volunteer 2005

Dick Walterhouse graduated from Ann Arbor High School in 1942.  He was class president, earned nine letters, with three each in football, basketball and baseball.  He was All-State in 1941 in football and basketball.  In a basketball game against Lansing Eastern, Dick score 30 or the 31 points, in a 31-30 victory.  

Kip Taylor, Pioneer Football Coach, stated, “He is a fine competitor, a clean sportsman, an inspirational leader and a grand “all ‘round boy.”  Dick exemplifies the highest qualities of citizenship, leadership, academic achievement and good fellowship.
