Dates: July 18-20
We are sending in the registrations as a group. Please do not register online.
Follow these steps:
1) Click the "Download image" button in the upper-right handed corner of this page to access the registration form (1 per camper). Complete the form.
2) Write a check for $435 (discounted rate) to The Ohio State University
3) Send to Allison Kreske, 2005 Morton, Ann Arbor, MI 48104
Checks and registrations are due by April 15. Allison will submit the checks for us as a group so we obtain the team rate. If you are interested in attending, but aren’t sure if it’s going to work, please email Betsy (betsyd@umich.edu), so we have a list of maybes.
We were told this camp will likely fill up and we do not want to have trouble getting all players in that would like to go, so please sign up ASAP. Thanks!!
